Privacy notice
This page explains which personal data I use when operating the website and speaking with prospective clients, why I need it and which rights you have.
Who controls the data
Tomáš Svozil, Business ID 14268523, Žeraviny 10, 696 63 Žeraviny, Czech Republic. Contact: tomas.svozil93@gmail.com, +420 731 071 031. I am the data controller under the GDPR.
Data I may process
When you call, email or message me on WhatsApp, I use the information you choose to provide — typically your name, company, contact details, message and follow-up communication. Website security may process IP address, device, request and security-event data. Google Analytics starts only with your consent and measures visits, device, approximate location and on-page behaviour; I do not use it to identify you directly.
Purposes and legal grounds
I answer enquiries and prepare possible work in order to take steps before a contract. I keep contracts, orders and invoices to perform our agreement and meet legal obligations. Website security relies on my legitimate interest in safe operation. Analytics relies only on consent, which you can change at any time in cookie settings.
Retention
If no work begins, I normally retain an enquiry for no more than 12 months after our last communication. Contractual, accounting and tax records are retained for the legally required period, typically 5–10 years depending on the record. Analytics event data has a limited retention setting; security logs follow the hosting provider’s operational periods.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting delivery and website security. Google provides email and analytics services. If you choose WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp also processes the communication. For contracted work I may share only the necessary data with a printer or other supplier involved in delivery.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some technology providers may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection at uoou.gov.cz or your local supervisory authority.
Automated decisions
I do not use personal data for automated decisions or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
